My executive coaching is a safe, high-level space to grow deeply and at a faster rate. We work at the intersection of your career strategy, leadership presence, and personal wellbeing.
Two - 50 minute focused phone calls per month.
Direct communication via text and email between calls.
Quarterly reviews to celebrate wins and adjust your trajectory.
Action items at the end of every call that are created by you and for you.
You bring the ambition. I bring the strategic partnership, structure, and support to make your next chapter inevitable.
Private, one on one coaching is $500 a month for six months.
Each client decides what they want they want to get from coaching, and their action steps moving forward. Heather can make recommendations, but it is ultimately up to the client to decide what they do moving forward. There is no set program or homework.
Heather has worked with professional women across the professional spectrum. She has worked with women who are entrepreneurs, educators, lawyers, engineers, executive directors, superintendents, principals, relators, retirees, stay at home moms, ministry leaders, product marketing vice presidents, customer service specialists, and more. Heather’s work is deeper than a job description, it is getting to the core of the woman and her mindsets.
We commit to a six-month journey, maintained by mutual value. If at any point the partnership no longer serves your highest objectives, you are empowered to exit.
Heather invoices clients monthly and the invoice is due at the first of the month.
