You’ve worked hard to get where you are. Now, let’s make sure you have the clarity and boundaries to stay there—and flourish.
High-achieving women don’t need more noise, they need a trusted space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make aligned decisions.

Growing up, Heather was full of imagination and wouldn’t stop singing. When the song leader at church asked which of the children would like to lead the song, Heather enthusiastically raised her hand but was shocked to learn that she was not allowed to lead because she was a girl. Undeterred, she found her place on a different stage in musicals and earned her BFA in Musical Theatre. She taught High School Theatre and flourished in her role.
But when her first child came screaming into the world, she knew that she wanted to be radically involved in his life. She left the world of education, and decided to take on the role of stay at home mother. While raising her children, she found herself meeting with women, one on one to learn about their lives and challenge them.
There was a distinct shift for Heather when she first heard the words “life coach” on a podcast. She started digging deeper and fell head over heels in love with coaching. In 2018 she began her official coach training to become certified. Part of what propelled her to become a coach was realizing that the patriarchal systems of the church were hurting women in the workplace. Heather decided that coaching would be the most powerful pathway to empowering those women.
And so, she has devoted her professional life to empowering women. She has coached women in education, law, engineering, ministry, municipal government, business owners and more. She has trained groups in learning CliftonStrengths and in mastering difficult conversations. Heather has also done contracted coaching with the local school system to coach Principals. Clients continue to astound her with their amazing results such as: promotions, starting a business, leaving a toxic workplace, pay raises, team building, culture creation, and so much more.
